Mark J. Seski

President, Co-Chief Investment Officer

Prior to forming Harvest Portfolio Management, Mark spent more than 30 years working with many leading investment firms in the nation, including Kidder, Peabody & Company, Comerica Private Banking, and Merrill Lynch Trust Company (where he served as First Vice President-Investments). He serves as the Chief Investment Officer and provides security analysis for the firm. Mark specializes in equities and is focused on high-quality, long-term growth investing. Mark has a BBA in Managerial Finance, a Master’s in Taxation, and carries a FINRA Series 65 License.

Paul Meeks, CFA, CAIA

Co-Chief Investment Officer

Paul Meeks has more than 35 years of experience as an equity analyst, portfolio manager, research director, and chief investment officer. Well-known for investing in technology stocks, Paul appears regularly in the media (both print and on financial news networks) “talking tech.”

A Professor of Practice in the Accounting and Finance Department for the Baker School of Business at The Citadel, Paul teaches a variety of finance, account, and investment courses, and supervises the Student Managed Investment Fund, which invests more than $1 million for The Citadel Foundation.

Paul has a bachelor’s degree from Williams College and a master’s in management (MBA) degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). He serves on the board of the CFA Society South Carolina and is also a licensed insurance representative in the state.

Jeanne Hill

Financial Advisor

Performing as an opera singer with the Atlanta Opera before becoming a financial advisor may be one of the more unusual career paths, but in the case of Jeanne Hill, it was a successful evolution.

Jeanne, who has spent more than 30 years as a financial advisor, is known for her innate ability to communicate complex investment and planning ideas and strategies for clients of all levels of experience and understanding. Her estate planning experience has contributed to her focus on long-term wealth plans that will transfer to the next generation with lower costs and taxes for the beneficiaries.
